Almost new carpet. Brand new stove. All utilities are paid even electricity (which means free air conditioning!!!!) Lots of closet space. Outside decks and stream. Pool. Jacuzzi. Sauna. Gym. Parking spot. 24 hour security guard Good location (quiet but close to bus stops but still close to school) oh and its across from a park.

In two months ... give or take, I will be moving in with the best roommate ever ... that's right, my Mikeypie Skuberson. I wish it was riiiiiiiiiiiiight now! Hehehehe ... but it's not. Right now it's the "long jump".

The summer is already going by so fast that I know mid- August is going to come all of a sudden. It's amazing how time without my Mike goes painstakingly slow yet really fast.
